*Question & Answer Lawn*

Dear Bob

My lawn has had trouble making it through the past couple of summers. Fortunately it always comes back in the fall. How can I keep it healthy all summer?

Dear MF

Try these simple steps.
Higher grass is hardier. It keeps soil cooler and shades out the weeds. Raise the blade on your mower to at least 2" high.
Most lawns require at least an inch of water a week. Four applications of ¼" each are best.
Keep your blade sharp. A sharp blade cuts cleanly and helps the lawn resist disease and pests.
